Viewing a Summary of User Site Usage

You can view a summary of the dates and times a User was logged on to LearnCenter. On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click  on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Search for the User for whom you want to view site summary information. 
  4. Click next to the Username. The User Properties window opens.
  5. Click to expand the Instructions section.

  1. Click Site Use Summary.

A summary of session dates and times displays.

  1. Click next to a session to display additional details in the Session Detail section.

The date and time, page type, and page details are listed for each page visited. LearnCenter keeps only the last 12 months of data for User Sessions and Session Detail.
